Greetings all!!

After a Long, Long winter spring is coming! We will enjoy some beautiful days, and pre-spring Yoga and weights classes. 

Classes begin again next week on Tuesday, February 20 for Yoga, and February 22 for Yogasculpt.  Class begins at 11 - 12:30 in room 201 at Morningside Presbytarian CHurch. Please come, wear something comfy, and stay healthy!!!

I hope to see you, or most of you in room 201on Tuesdays for Yoga and/or Thursdays for yogasculpt!  It’s Spring Yoga at Morningside, and we will run to lunch afterwards. This session will last for 7 weeks, at the same cost, because I owe the sculpt class one! Looking forward as ever... it is a joy to be with each of you.
